Exchange Eligibility:
We accept exchanges within 1 days from the date of delivery.
Products for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items must be free from any stains, odours, or damage.
Exchange Process:
Contact us via email – Bidit@royalooo.in at within 1 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request.
Please provide the following information in your exchange request:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to exchange
The reason for the exchange
Your preferred size and/or style for the exchange – a screenshot of the product
Once we receive your exchange request, our team will review it then we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange eligibility criteria. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process the exchange.
If you had customised anything so no exchange or return for that will be accepted.

Please ensure that the package is securely packed and includes the original invoice.
After we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange eligibility criteria. If the item(s) meet our criteria, we will process the exchange, if not meet our criteria then no exchange.
Exchange Terms:
Exchanges will be processed for a product of the same value or higher. If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
In case the courier agency happens to misplace the product when the customer is sending the product to Royalooo, the customer will be liable for it.
